2013 UCI Track Cycling World Championships – Day 3
Day 3 kicked off with qualifying for the Women's Sprint competition and progressed through to the Quarter Finals with the conclusion of the competition tomorrow. We also saw the opening three events of the Men's Omnium with the Flying Lap, Points Race and Elimination getting us under way.
And if that wasn't enough, we also saw the Men's Keirin, Women's Scratch and Men's Points Race titles awarded.
Just over half way through the competition and Great Britain leads the medals table with a haul of three Golds, one Silver and two Bronzes with Australia not far behind on two Golds, two Silvers and two Bronzes, with Germany just one Bronze medal behind in third place. Ireland are the surprise package so far in 4th place thanks to Martyn Irvine's Gold and Silver double on Day 2.

Worlds 2010 – Day 5 – Bauge Back to His Best
The 2010 World Championships in Ballerup closed with the Women's Keirin and Points Race, the Men's Omnium and the final stages of the Men's Sprint Compettion.
The Sprint competition lacked the drama of the 2009 competition - where Sireau and Bauge clashed in the semi-final. Sireau crashed and Bauge held on to an enormous slide before being taken to 3 rides by Azizulhasni Awang of Malaysia. The reigning World Champion had disposed of Sireau in yesterday's Quarter Final and faced Australia's Shane Perkins in the Final.

Thursday 24th March
What happens when you team up a 19 year old, a 20 year old and a 36 year old in the Team Pursuit? A Gold medal's what happens. Performance of the the week so far from the British trio of Wendy Houvenaghel, Laura Trott and Dani King (I've shuffled the order to save embarassment), but there was lots more going on...

UCI Track Cycling World Championships 2012 Melbourne – Day 4
Day four of the 2012 UCI Track Cycling World Championships gave us the highlight of the week - an epic Points race starring Great Britain's Ben Swift and local hero Cameron Meyer (with a strong supporting cast including Spain's Unai Elorriaga, Belgiums's Kenny de Ketele and New Zealand's Aaron Gate). And is if that wasn't enough, we had the conclusion of the Women's Omnium with Britain's Laura Trott and Australia's Annette Edmondson neck and neck going in to the second day, Anne Meares looking to atone for her disappointment in the Sprint competition in the Keirin, a tour de force from the Aussies in the Individual Pursuit - oh, and the Men's Sprint Final with the awesome Gregory Bauge and the crowd's favourite - even here - Sir Chris Hoy.

2013 UCI Track Cycling World Championships – Day 2 – Afternoon
Another day and another five World titles up for grabs. As always the titles will be decided this evening, but after this afternoon's qualifying sessions we know who'll be riding for the medals in the Men's Individual Pursuit, Women's Team Pursuit and Men's Team Sprint. And while the first was somewhat predictable and the second almost inevitable, the third may come as a surprise (unless you read our preview...).
With Minsk staging the last ever three rider, 3km Women's Team Pursuit, could the Great Britain trio keep up their incredible record and lower the World Record again in their penultimate ride?

2013 UCI Track Cycling World Championships – Day 1 – Evening
The first medals - and eight rainbow jerseys - have been awarded. As well as the conclusion of the Men's Team Pursuit and Women's Indiviudal Pursuit, we've seen an explosive Men's Kilo competition and an intriguing Women's Team Sprint.
With Australia and Great Britain through to the Gold medal ride in the Men's Team Pursuit, the question was whether the Brits would make their usual slow start to the Olympic cycle or carry through their form from 2012. And could Amy Cure of Australia overcome Sarah Hammer - who outqualified her by 3 seconds - to take the Women's Individual Pursuit title?
